酒店離維也納火車總站很近，走路5分鐘，路邊也有標識箭頭指向這個酒店。
前台很友好，一開始給的房間感覺有下水返味，和前台説了立馬就給換了個房間。
房間裏沒有燒水壺，可以向前台免費借。沐浴液、洗髮水和洗手液三合一，女生最好能自備點護髮素。
樓下隔壁就是一個大超市，裏面商品琳琅滿目，因為房間沒配冰箱，所以買東西需要注意。
床、枕頭都很柔軟，但我感覺枕頭和被頭點點味道。

Stayed there several times but no Welcome back. Front desk check in person (young woman) not very welcoming and I did not like her body language
nor her hospitality. Breakfast as always great selection of items , female host very friendly and a delight to see a sincere smile first thing in the morning.

The room is spacious and the bed is clean. It is less than 200 meters away from Vienna Main Train Station. There are many restaurants nearby. You can walk to various attractions in the city center, and the Belvedere Palace is not far from the door. It is very convenient to get to the city center in four subway stations. The Zeitgeist location is strategic as it is only 5 minutes walk to Wein Main Haufbanhoft which can connect to other parts of Vienna using the Metro. . Vienna has many beautiful architectural attractions and will leave visitors mesmerised.
The check in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable, air conditioned cold, water pressure strong and you get EUR5 rebate if you don't clean the room. An innovative way to save cost by the hotel yet they offer a small incentive as return.
Breakfast was good with fruits, pastries, meat and coffee from machine.
Will stay again when I visit Vienna again.

This hotel stay experience was amazing! The spacious and bright rooms are stylishly designed and comfortable, with soft bedding for a good night's sleep. The service staff is friendly and professional, and I feel the meticulous care from check-in to check-out. The breakfast has a rich variety, fresh ingredients and is very memorable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of surrounding attractions and transportation hubs, and the rooftop bar overlooks the city's night view. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for carefully tidying the room and even folding and tidying the clothes. The complete gym and swimming pool facilities add extra points to the trip. Every detail shows a five-star standard. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family and stay here again!
