酒店沒有空調的，而且很靠馬路及行人路，晚上打開窗睡的話，非常嘈雜，加上有醉酒鬼大聲嘈鬧，難以人入睡。唯一好處是與火車總站很近

設施：還是可以的，雖然很小，但是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，該有的都有，整體感覺也比較新，但是隔音非常不好
衞生：挺好的，整體感覺很新很乾凈
服務：工作人員很友好，一共見到了四五位前台，都很熱情很熱心，沒有遇到其他評論裏説的態度不好的問題
環境：隔音不好，非常不好，這個是硬傷，甚至可以聽到隔壁房間的人打電話，擤鼻涕，沖馬桶的聲音，對噪音敏感的寶寶千萬不要訂，對噪音不敏感的人還是可以訂的。

We are happy with our two nights here. Good breakfast (prices included), great location (right across from the Wien Hauptbahnhof), nice staff (each of our three kids received a toy; free luggage storage), spacious bathroom, etc. Two things that need improvement: (1) ceiling nights in the inner room were not working; (2) Wifi was really poor inside the room but good in the hallway and lobby. 90% of time we went without Wifi.

There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan in the room. The location is very good, and the bus terminal and station are within walking distance. The breakfast is also delicious. The wifi is weak.

Excellent location across from the main train station, three minute walk to a city train stop that takes you to the center in five minutes. Comfy and environmentally sound room with all you need except AC and in-room coffee. Coffee and an excellent breakfast spread are available in the lobby along with helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of shops nearby; you can get just about everything within three minutes.
