Location is good but really hot, even we have opened the window (actually can only open a little bit) and two fan but still not well ventilated.

The appartment was well cleaned and new. We enjoyed how close to the train station is located, making it easy arriving late in the night from the airport. The area nearby was quiet and there are several shops. The small kitchen, fridge and cutlery were enough for making something to eat. In addition, check-in and check-out can be done fully electronically.

The environment is very good. The only drawback is that there is no kettle. I used the coffee machine to get hot water. It is very close to the train station. There is also a spar at the door, which is convenient for shopping.

The room was very clean and had a small kitchen. The only drawback was that there was no air conditioning. Vienna was quite hot during the few days we stayed there. There was a breeze in the morning and evening but it didn't blow in, so the room was very hot. On the day of check-in, there was a problem with the self-service check-in network system at the front desk, which resulted in many guests being unable to check in on time. The staff came later to solve the problem, and the Wi-Fi was not repaired until the evening. The staff only expressed their apologies verbally and said they were powerless.
