The hotel is very close to the subway station, similar to domestic express hotels. It is relatively clean overall and the service staff is very friendly. However, there is no kettle in the room and the window is not easy to open (maybe it is my problem)

Overall, I didn't like the hotel.
On the downside - there is no kettle in the room, no water. Not even a glass for your own water or juice. No spoons or forks if you bought food for yourself in the store.
On the upside - a hard, comfortable mattress. The metro station is nearby, 5 minutes' walk. Convenient to get to any point in the city.

The room facilities are all very good. It is one of the most satisfactory hotels I have stayed in Europe.
But on the last day, the waiter started knocking on the door early in the morning, from 8 to 11 o'clock, knocking once at each time. I asked what was going on but no one responded. When I got up and opened the door, no one was there. The last time I knocked on the door, someone told me that someone told her that my room needed towels. I said that we were going to check out soon and we had slept for the whole morning, so why would we need towels? ? ? ?
