Victoria Hotels with Pools

This is the best hotel We stayed here for our honeymoon and upgraded to the gold lounge by adding a very small amount and it was the best choice We received the best service during our stay and were touched by the special gift from the manager who celebrated our honeymoon. If you decide to stay in Victoria, you must visit this place.

The family booked two suites for a trip, the place is quite big The hotel has been refurbished, but it still looks a little old There is no central air conditioner, only a portable air conditioner in the room, the bed in the living room is still a bit hot at night The staff service is very good. Every morning when they pass by the front desk, they are very enthusiastic to greet and chat with us.

The location is very close to Inner Harbour so it is very convenient. There is a direct bus from ferry terminal to the hotel nearby. Just walk less than 5 minutes will reach the hotel. Bus number 75 and cost CA 2.5 per head. It takes about an hour.

The hotel is located good in downtown and overall is clean. Only the room carpet floor is old and parking stalls need to pay per day.

The room is generally clean, but some small details were not paid attention to. When I checked in, I found that there were snacks left by the previous guest on the edge of the bed, which were not cleaned up. The bedside reading light on one side of the bed was broken, and the bedside socket was also broken and could not be used. If you need toothbrushes and other toiletries, you need to ask the staff to get them.

The kitchen is fully equipped, especially suitable for family travel. The location is good, there are many attractions nearby, many historical sites can be reached on foot, and there are many delicious foods nearby. Highly recommended!

In general, the room is relatively clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is a microwave and refrigerator for use, the environment is quiet, the outdoor hot spring and swimming pool are very comfortable, I like them very much, and the service is also very nice.

Since I went there during the hot season of summer, I didn’t notice that the website didn’t state that the hotel does not have in-room cooling air conditioning. There was a small fan in room 204, and the window could not be turned on for ventilation. I stayed for two nights. When I picked up the room, the hotel staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies and no room could be changed. Even contacting trip.com customer service could not solve the problem of changing hotels. I couldn't have a good rest on the first night. The lady on duty at night was empathetic and told me that the hotel was not fully booked. The hotel staff did not change the room until the next day when the hotel staff notified the manager. There was no western sun and ventilation. The hotel staff highly recommended 👍🏼 which made my trip to Victoria perfect. In summer, hotels without air conditioning are not recommended, and it is also recommended that websites state that there is no air conditioning.

This is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything. BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide! Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer. And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away!She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing. Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!
