We spent several nights here in a family suite and really enjoyed it. I was a little worried with only a few reviews but the hotel is somehow affiliated with the Best Western that is a few doors down - that’s where we checked in and enjoyed breakfast daily. The room was clean and comfortable. We chose the location because we had a couple of day trips planned and it’s a short walk to the train station. It’s about halfway between the main area of Verona and the train station, but for us that was perfect. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it was very expensive when we were traveling over Christmas (more expensive than the Waldorf in Rome!) - if the rate had been more reasonable it certainly would have warranted 5 stars. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Decido di passare insieme alla mia fidanzata due notti a Verona a fine dicembre. Su booking ho filtrato solo due cose: Vasca idromassaggio in camera e Balcone. Tra i primi risultati cè Casa Cavallino. Dalle foto del monolocale selezionato sembra esserci un enorme vasca idromassaggio in bagno e il balcone oltre ad essere chiaramente entrambi presenti nella lista dei servizi della stanza. Il giorno della partenza riaprendo booking noto che il monolocale con l enorme vasca è ancora disponibile e quindi chiamo il residence per sicurezza e la signorina, un po stizzita, mi dice che deve controllare in quanto vasca/doccia sono da prenotare al telefono in base alla disponibilità (e dove sta scritto?!?!). Richiamo dopo 10 minuti, mi dicono essere libero un monolocale con vasca, partiamo per Verona. Risultato: La vasca c'era pur essendo molto piccola e completamente incrostata di calcare...mancava il balcone però... Chiamiamo in reception e ci dicono che non ce disponibilita di balcone + vasca quindi o l'uno o l'altro. Decidiamo di tenere la vasca. Altra nota negativa, la seconda mattina siamo stati svegliati verso le 7 dalle urla di un bambino, immagino nella stanza di fianco o sopra... Questo ci ha fatto capire che le stanze non sono assolutamente ben insonorizzate. insomma non lo consiglierei a coppie, ma sicuramente è una buona struttura per famiglie.
