Один из немногих пунктов размещения в Вероне с адекватным ценником и недалеко от исторического центра. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для того, чтобы с комфортом проживать в течение любого срока: прекрасно оборудованная кухня, балконы, качественная мебель, стиральная машинка, кондиционеры и многое другое. Всё как дома. Очень любезный персонал. И самые низкие цены в автоматах, которые мы встречали за последние поездки)) С удовольствием вернемся!

Overall, I am quite satisfied. The room is relatively large and can be considered for two or more people. There is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient for cooking.

Was ok. Not modern not too dated. The washrooms do have signs of mould growing. We had a small issue and had to pay a large percentage more because they enforce separate beds for children even though it doesn't state that online. We cancelled part 2 of our stay with them because the extra charges made the"discount hotel" not worth the money. Also the children's play area - a big part of wanting to stay here - was extremely overgrown and unkept. Doesn't seem very safe for the children. The area of this location is not very nice and there is a lot of neglect and garbage around. Overall not worth it.

Nous nous sommes présentés, après avoir réservé une chambre pour une nuit, un peu avant midi. Le réceptionniste nous informe que notre chambre n'est pas prête, ce qui est tout à fait normal à cette heure. Nous partons donc visiter Vérone toute la journée pour revenir le soir. Nous nous attendions donc à une chambre propre puisqu'elle n'était pas prête à notre arrivée. Et là, c'est le drame....outre un mobilier kitch (pas important en soi pour loger une seule nuit) tout était crasseux, poussiéreux, les équipements en très mauvais état. Les derniers avis datant de 2019, je pense que le dernier ménage avait été fait la même année. Je vous laisse apprécier les photos qui en disent long sur l'état lamentable de la chambre. Pour un de prix 96.15€, tarif normal pour une ville comme Vérone, je trouve honteux de louer dans cet état. Comme disent les italiens "vergognati".

Do not stay in this poorly located and profoundly depressing 1970s tower block of flats masquerading as a hotel. We stayed for two nights. The apartment was nothing like the pictures on hotels dot com, the bathroom was falling to pieces and - worst of all - we didn’t have any hot water at any point. I reported this last issue twice during our stay, and neither member of staff bothered to look into the issue for us. The water heater was a knackered old gas boiler located on our fifth floor balcony (which felt like a safety concern). Indeed, the very mentioning of it seemed only to serve as an inconvenience. They offered no apologies or alternatives. Utterly rubbish - and often downright miserable - service. In addition, the place is poorly located - quite a long walk to anything worth while seeing in the city. If you want to feel safe and clean, don’t make the same mistake we did, and stay somewhere else! I honestly can’t understand how this place maintains a decent overall rating on this sites and others!
