Mit meiner Frau kam ich wiederholt ins Due Torri nach Verona. Es ist ein sehr historisch-elegantes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Der Service ist überall im Hotel professionell, herzlich und perfekt. Auch isst man im à la Carte-Restaurant sehr gut. Die einladende Lobby-Bar ist der perfekte Ort für einen Drink am Abend. Zudem ist das Hotel vorzüglich im Herzen der Altstadt gelegen, direkt am Piazza Erbe. Man macht alles zu Fuß! Wir werden bestimmt wieder hierherkommen!

Wonderful elegance in the hotel and our room eg beautiful fabrics covering the wallls and detailing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location excellent for exploring the old town and close to Arena

The staff was Due Torri could not have been more helpful. We had some special needs and they went above and beyond. The property itself is spectacular-- truly historic but very comfortable as well--and the location cannot be beat. Breakfast was delicious, too. A fabulous visit.

The hotel is an excellent base for anyone attending the opera in the Arena. It is extremely comfortable and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It is also well-placed for visiting the lakes and other cities.

This was a disappointing return visit. The “deluxe double” seemed to be priced on the basis that it faced the square. The room was small and the bathroom very small. Scuffed woodwork and dated bathroom were not what we expected. The staff are the big plus - very friendly and attentive - but the hotel seems to be trading on its historic reputation and there is much to see in the various public spaces including the Arena Casarini which is the downstairs ballroom. A particular irritation is the 400 (!) euros supplement for “opera nights” which really have nothing to do with the hotel. Altogether an expensive and disappointing experience despite the reputation of the hotel.
