To start with: a great welcome!! In addition, the room was spacious (not like the Venetian broom closet where I am currently staying which costs me a lot of money). Lots of information and advice and always a smile. What more can I say? I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

The location was convenient for accessing both the Verona train station and the city center, and it was like a monastery, but the interior was nice. In particular, it was very cool because it had a Samsung air conditioner that seemed to have been newly installed. However, there was a strange smell from the pillow and the place where the pillow was, so I took the pillow out and slept with a towel in that place. ㅠㅠ My friend who booked another single room with me said there was no smell, so I guess it was just a problem with the room I was assigned. I checked in very late and had to leave early the next morning, so I didn't ask them to fix this problem. Other than this problem, it was mostly clean, so I was generally satisfied. If I go to Verona again, I'd like to use it again.

It was a really great choice. The location for the price was also 20 minutes from the train station, so it was just walking distance, and a very friendly staff welcomed me. It was a pity that there was no hair dryer, but I highly recommend it!
