Es un simple cuarto y nada mas.
El cuarto esta bien acondicionado, pero
Le falta mucho. No hay cobijas (después las pedí y las llevaron)ni jabón de manos, ni una botella de agua. Pague 500 euros por noche y ni siquiera jabón de manos hay.
En el baño no hay donde colgar toalla, ropa, o lo que necesites colgar.
Es un departamento hecho 5 cuartos para renta y no tiene nada mas.

Wasn't cleaned on arrival. Had to go offsite to get key. No towel racks or holders. No toilet paper holder. Shower was not set up properly. A sheet had a hole in it.
Furnishings were cheap.

This is not a hotel, it is a room, in a building.
I was expecting a hotel and didn’t notice it was not it. It has the minumum you need from a hotel like toilettries and towels, but definitely quite different. Don’t expect someone going to clean the next day, or a mini bar, or a reception and a lobby. I expected something different.

If you like suites with very flashy furnishings, this apartment is for you. In a strategic position, a few steps from the arena, in a quiet context, the Venere suite is excellent as a base for exploring the city of Verona. Beautiful bathroom (fantastic lighting, maybe some towel holders wouldn't hurt); spacious double bedroom, large living room with open kitchen, where you can use up to two sofa beds. A third is in the double bedroom. very clean. Some small inconveniences (lock broken on our arrival), but immediately fixed by an efficient support system via whatsup. A French window perhaps to be fixed and a shower handle to be registered. I underline the very efficient virtual reception via whatsup. The keys to the apartment will be given to you in a place not far from the apartment, where you will also find a convenient area where you can find (for a fee) luggage lockers where you can park your bags if in advance of check in, to still visit the city after check out. (you can leave the keys in the apartment, after leaving it). Beautiful city. Advised.

A week in Verona, deceived by the photos and the name. I can first say the only positive thing about the structure, that is the very central location 2 steps from everything with parking etc ... but taking this away the rest is not worth the proposed price. With the same amount you can at least go to a 3 star that at least changes the linen. Not recommended

Exactly as advertised and the photos. We got a good deal on ***********. Otherwise full price would have been over our budget. Super location. Just a couple of hundred metres or so from the entrance to the Piazza Bra and the Arena. 15 minute walk to the main train station for Garda and Venice. We also had a beautiful view from this 4th floor suite - with a lift. It’s one big apartment converted into 4 en-suite rooms. Plenty of space for 2 people. Would thoroughly recommend.

Nice big room, centrally located. However, do not expect luxury. Booked 4 nights (deluxe suite) however you have to pay 10 euros extra for clean towels per set of 2), for standard service such as cleaning and for storing your luggage upon departure. The room with air conditioning does not get colder than 25 degrees and sleeping with the window open is noisy/sometimes not possible. Furthermore, the shower and toilet were clogged during the stay. Good for the location and the space, but the hotel lags far behind in customer focus.

La struttura è in posizione semicentrale. Le quattro suites proposte si trovano all'interno di un piccolo appartamento condiviso al quarto piano di un palazzo di via Porta Nuova. Le camere (Apollo e Minerva) sono composte da un letto matrimoniale ottenuto dall'unione di due letti francesi e quindi non king size( che personalmente ho trovato un pò scomodo) senza topper né lenzuola adeguate (senza angolo né di corretta dimensione di un tessuto medio-scarso). Il bagno è cieco e senza ventilazione adeguata. È presente un piccolo piano cottura ad induzione (senza cappa) un frigorifero e un piccolo lavandino di fronte al letto matrimoniale. Personalmente non ho capito bene il concept dato che si parla di relais ma di fatto è altro (camera? Monolocale?). Non è previsto nessun tipo di servizio ma il prezzo richiesto è quello di un hotel.
