Delser Verona Manor House

Ottima esperienza. Location molto curata e pulita con personale molto cordiale e pranzo con prodotti di qualità. L'area esterna è poi un valore aggiunto. Siamo stati qui per poco tempo - purtroppo - in occasione di un evento aziendale (luglio 2021, perdonate il ritardo nella recensione) e sono convinto che vivere l'esperienza Delser Manor con più calma sarebbe assolutamente meritevole

But we thought like all the other hotels in Italy that we would be given our room, especially since it was only us that afternoon. We rang the bell and saw the owner passing through the glass door. But he never opened the door. we had to go back to Verona and find parking to be able to go to the toilet. Watch out for the photos! Magnificent certainly but which does not reflect reality It must have been magnificent but the splendor is gone! The property is beautiful The location and surroundings are beautiful But that's all The room is clean but old and shabby Everything is dated A soap dispenser in the bathroom which doesn't smell very good And that's it Very old air conditioning, very noisy which puts time to refresh! Nothing nearby to eat or have a drink You have to take the car back No deckchair in place to lie down and relax apart from the breakfast chairs There were some but stored in a corner and not taken out for customers The owner was alone Between his discussions and his incessant comings and goings, don't be in a hurry if you want to leave at a specific time Besides, there is no time apart from his He sees us and starts to set the table The second morning, totally , 9:20 a.m. I set up the tablecloth and cutlery myself to speed up because we had to leave And when he finally brought us our coffee... he had forgotten to heat the water And here we are still waiting for him to come back!!! And he goes back to heat it up for us! He's alone, no waiters We haven't seen anyone but him in two days So he's scattered quite a bit For the start, big payment problem Our CE had sorted everything out But he told us no, even with proof that we We had to settle it a second time After a letter from the CE Two letters from ourselves He replied to us a month later claiming that he was on vacation Not cool being connected like we are these days But hey!
