A very old hotel with slightly outdated facilities and a decent environment. The worst thing is that you can check in at 3pm and check out at 10am.

The hotel is in a great location, but the staff made some confusion with my reservation, stating that I had asked for separate beds when I was traveling with my husband!

Overall I liked it. The room has everything you need except slippers and bathrobes. It was a little cool, so I turned on the air conditioner to heat it up.
Breakfast is acceptable. Clean, calm.
It is located near the arena, about 15 minutes by foot, and 10 minutes from the station.
Overall, I recommend it, but it deserves 3 stars, not 4.

No words to say really and the fact that the guy who was resptionist told me this is not my responsibility and I am not a waiter to bring blankets for you was anoteher level. I really like to discuss this with their manager because I've been to that hotel before and I aimed to go again but I don't think so anymore. Not me and my family!
The receptionist was not professional and they expected me to go to their other building to collect the blankets that they did not provide! They were rude that they wanted to get to my room with out prior permission from me to check if the room actually has blankets or not!!!! They did not trust my words as a guest!!! this was so not respectful and of course I did not let them in to the room at 11 pm while my parents are sleeping and told them to check the room while I am checking out in the morning!!
OMG I was waiting for blanket since 12 pm!!!! And they said you should come and collect it because we don't have staff!!!! a 4 star hotel! And once I went there they actually had 2 staff!
