This was our 2nd stay at Corte Realdi’s apartments on Piazza Erbe. Once again the apartments were superb, both in terms of location, quality and cleanliness and of course the team who looked after us. We rented 2 stunning apartments in the 2nd floor. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was advice on the Opera which we were seeing, wine tours or restaurants. All arranged with efficiency and a warm smile. As before…. We shall be back! Thank you team for making our stay so special.

Reservamos el apartamento Superior de 2 dormitorios con terraza y vistas a la ciudad durante el mes de Julio 2023. La estadía estuvo buenísima. Atención muy personalizada y amable por todo el personal del Hotel, contacto via mail y WhatsApp muy expedito. Todo el personal siempre está muy atento a todas las necesidades y consultas. El hotel nos organizó el transporte en Taxi-Van desde la estación de tren al hotel. El hotel está muy bien ubicado frente a la piazza Erbe, el ruido no molesta para nada, todo está impecable. Las camas cómodas, las habitaciones limpias, espaciosas con bonitas vista. El hotel no ofrece desayuno pero uno puede comprar de todo en el mercado y tomar desayuno en la terraza con linda vista sobre la Piazza. Absolutamente recomendable

Auf Grund eines Konzertes in der Arena haben wir was in der Nähe gesucht. Die Lage ist Top, genau mit Ausblick auf die Piazza Erbe, von hier aus ist alles erreichbar, aber das war schon das Positive. Da auf Grund einer Messe eh schon überhöhte Preise aufgerufen wurden, haben wir uns trotz dem hohen Preises dafür entschieden, in Erwartung dass alles dem Preis entspricht, also wurde schon etwas hochwertiges im 5 Sterne Bereich erwartet. Es handelt sich hier um ein Appartement in einem älteren Wohnblock mit enger Küche und einem kleinen Bad mit Duschkasnine und größerem Schlafbereich. Das Zimmer sollte etwas historisch wirken, aber bis auf die Fresken an der Decke, wo schon auch der Putz uns ständige auf den Kopf viel, war nicht mehr drin. Das Zimmer sieht schmuddelig aus und ist renovierungs- bzw. sanierungsbedürftig. Alles abgenutzt und macht einen verbrauchten Eindruck. Erwähnenswert sind die Bars, die genau unter den Fenstern liegen, hier ist bis 3 -4 Uhr nachts Ramba Zamba,Feiern, Gelächter, Geschrei, da ist schlafen unmöglich. Das gab uns den Rest. Leider trotz Lage nicht zu diesen „Luxus“ - Preisen zu empfehlen. Achso….Frühstück kann man dann in einer dazu gehörigen Bar einnehmen , die am. Platz Erbe liegt. Kostet extra.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE IN VERONA! Stayed here five nights and wish it could have been longer. Our suite was beyond our expectations. We were amazed at the history of this exceptional residence and how it was restored to its current condition. Beautiful architecture, tastefully but elegantly decorated, clean, and exceptional staff that maintains this residence. Special thanks to Dennis for all the guidance and help he provided ! Very highly recommend a stay here. The location is absolutely perfect for anywhere you want to go in beautiful Verona.

This is a dishonest company. I left a piece of jewelry on the night stand next to my bed and realized it a couple hours after checking-out and immediately contacted the hotel. First they didn’t get back to me at all. Then they said someone would get back to me soon. That never happened. Then when I inquired again they said “oh we thought we got back to you.” And of course, they had not collected it to return to me. That’s just bold face lying. Shame on me for leaving it there. But when you stay at a supposedly five-star property spending $2,500 for three nights, I expect honesty, not theft. As far as the “hotel” it’s really not a hotel. It’s a collection of air-b-and-b’s pretending to be a hotel in older run down buildings. They don’t tell you this anywhere on their website. After checking in they walk you to some location in the city, where you’re pretty much left on your own. When you think you’re booking a hotel, just know that there are no amenities. No rooms service, no laundry, nothing. There was a washer/dryer in the unit but when I asked for detergent to do a load of wash they told me to go the grocery store and buy detergent as they don’t provide that. This whole operation is sketchy.

Fantastic stay in beautiful Verona. This is a very comfortable suite with a great view of the square below from the sizeable balcony. Dennis who helped us with our stay was friendly and helpful. Not cheap but decent value. Highly recommended.

Piazza Erbe The bar directly below played their music so loud one evening for several hours that at one point the furniture in the 'Suite' literally vibarated. I was told by Corte Realdi that this was due to 'happy hour' and later they said this was a 'one off'. Maybe I'm just unlucky then? I was moved to another of their hotel buildings the following day after I said I would move myself and charge them for it if they didn't. They also promised to reimburse a portion of the 1500 euros I had paid to stay there. Funny though, when I got back to the UK they stopped answering my emails and they have not refunded any money. For me, that is unforgivable. Shame, as the rest of the holiday was OK.

If you do not want to stay in a hotel I would recommend these apartments which were perfectly located overlooking Piazza Erbe with a lovely balcony to sit out on. The apartments themselves were extremely comfortable with all mod cons and very spacious.
