Les resumo: si quieren evitarse un problema en sus vidas, NO VAYAN A ESTE LUGAR. Pésimo todo, servicio, trato, es una estafa completa. Desagradables las personas que atienden. No pudieron ayudarnos, nos cancelaron la reserva y se quedaron con el dinero.

Mia figlia dopo tanti sacrifici si è regalata un viaggio con il compagno a Vernazza, purtroppo Il treno da Genova ha portato ritardo, non molto circa 25 minuti. Mia figlia x il check in correttamente (forse troppo), ha chiamato x informare della situazione. Una responsabile le dice che fare il check in in ritardo comportava una penale di circa 100 euro e che se non pagava perdeva la prenotazione (peraltro pagata x intero) come previsto nel regolamento. Disperata mia figlia a corto di economie, mi chiama e contatto subito la responsabile, la quale mi forma che purtroppo x loro sono spese e bisognava fare subito il pagamento. Ho chiesto spiegazioni per le spese e mi dice che servivano per il personale che si doveva trattenere per ricevere mia figlia e sbrigare tutte le pratiche obbligatorie, incluso il ritiro dei documenti da inviare alla questura, come previsto dalla legge. Qualcosa non mi convinceva, ma per non fare storie dico a mia figlia che conveniva pagare e così fece. Il treno recupera e non tarda molto, mia figia arriva in albergo alle 2020, 20 min dopo la scadenza termini x il check in. Comunque ha pagato ed è tutto ok verrà qualcuno? .. No! Telefona è le dicono che il check in consiste nel ricevere un codice via WhatsApp x aprire la borta della stanza e mandare una foto dei documenti tutto qui. Faccio una domanda a chi legge questa storia... Forse c'è qualcosa che non quadra. 100 euro non sono poche per questo grande servizio. Un consiglio se arrivate in ritardo, non fate troppo gli onesti, fate comunque il check in nei tempi senza telefonare, sennò vi chiedono pure a voi soldi. Oppure rivolgetevi ad una altra struttura più disponibile.

Traumatic. They didn't let us check-in until 2:00 p.m., we couldn't leave our suitcases at reception or anything else because they have an "agreement" with a bar to leave them there as storage, the person responsible for opening the rooms for us arrived late and in a hurry. He asked us for our ID and a credit card as a deposit, and took a photo with the expiration date and CVC of the card. When we realized it, we told him to give him another one in which all that data could not be seen and he refused and started to get aggressive and rude saying that it was a requirement and that that is done in any hotel, haha ​​that was more like the abandoned house in your town than to a hotel. In the end we made him delete the photo and take another card, but not without arguing with him. The disgusting place, a shack that we were eager to get out of: dirty, old, with broken “furniture”, without light in the room other than a small lamp placed on the floor because the table that acts as a nightstand was broken (attached photo ), bugs everywhere, cobwebs, a rotting dead smell in the bathroom, which looked like the bathroom of a seedy slum that you don't enter even if you're drunk at 4 in the morning. We barely even took a shower because everything was so disgusting, we didn't sleep all night. Needless to say, there was no air conditioning and the fan that was there didn't work. If a train had left to our next destination at 2 in the morning I would have taken it so as not to spend a minute in that hut. On top of everything it was quite expensive, I would have preferred to pick up my cat's poop with those 200 euros.

Dirty, there are hairs on the floor, the bathroom smells bad, there are mushrooms in the shower. When we arrived to collect the keys the person asked us to pay 40 euros more (without invoice and in cash) because there were two of us and apparently even though it was a double room, we had booked for one only person, so finally we paid 150 balls for the room, which was not at all at the address where we had reserved it and does not look at all like the photos. The bathroom is outside and it is very dirty and when I asked for the invoice for the 40th that we paid, they did not want to send it to us by email.
