Horrible customer service. AC was out 2 of 3 nights in room, was reported but nothing was ever done. Bed mattress (mattress only) was horrible. Must have been over 10 years old. Shower tile had black in grout (mold?) not sure. The only thing that was nice was location manager young lady.

Sistemazione con camera e bagno ampi e puliti, dotati di aria condizionata. Il terrazzo e la cucina sono in comune con gli altri ospiti. Situato in pieno centro, facilmente raggiungibile con una breve scalinata, silenzioso di notte. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

The rooms were very close to the train station and not up too high. We were thrilled by the lovely sitting areas, where we could enjoy time by ourselves or with our friends while being above the crowds. The rooms were clean and there was a nice kitchenette for our use. On our last day we were unable to reach the manager/owner, so I recommend getting your questions answered when you see opportunity. The beach and tower are both minutes away and worth visiting. We had a lovely stay.

After being up for 30 hours most any cool place to sleep after a good shower would have been great. Unfortunately, the shower was fickle, to say the least, and the A/C did NOT work. The fan worked on low, but there was zilch cooling, and it was a 90 F (32 C) day. Also, the room was so small that I literally had to move the foot of the bed in order to get around to the side of it to lay down. The room was nicely appointed, but that doesn't help you sleep. Beds and pillows were fair at best. AND this is no place for the elderly!! Steps, steps and more steps. Other rooms may have been better, but from our room there was no view to even try to counterbalance the situation. The terrace was nice.
