Hola hice la reserva en este medio y la Srita de recepción nos dijo que no estaba pagada, le hizo un cargo a otra tarjeta de mi esposo , le enseñé la confirmación que Trip me envió con prepago en línea y aún así decía que no y que si estaba pagada nos reembolsaban, ya pasó más de 1 semana y no han hecho el reembolso del cargo, por favor ayúdennos a aclarar esta situación
