The pier outside the hotel can store luggage. We chose to take the boat to Marco Polo Square. It was a perfect experience.

The location is 8 minutes from the station, but it is a bit difficult to travel with large luggage because you have to walk across the Constitution Bridge. It's right in front of Santa Lucia Station, so you don't have to take a water bus or walk long with your suitcase. The room was in good condition overall, friendly staff, breakfast and beds were good. If you visit Venice again, you will make a reservation here without hesitation.

Breakfast is simple and the hotel location is superb! It is a short walk from the train station and the pier. I am happy that I booked a two-person room. As a result, they are a suite on the first floor, two inside and outside, suitable for a family. Super quiet at night.

The self checkin was very easy, detailed instructions having been sent. The apartment was well appointed and very conveniently located close to the railway station and road access to the mainland. Overall the hotel is ok, for the price paid and location, you cannot expect more. The structure is old and shabby, the room has a strong scent of deodorant that is almost nauseating. There is one shower and two toilets to share, but there is no hot water, even after letting it run for minutes it wouldn't become anywhere near 30/32 degrees C. The breakfast is actually huge, but with cheap quality products. The view from the room was actually gorgeous. The location is unbeatable, close to the train station and 25 minutes walk from San Marco and there is a gorgeous restaurant nearby called Osottosopra. The reception and service is really nice, they can keep your bags, the people working there are all kind, gentle and willing to help and make your stay nice. I'd recommend this hotel only if you want to sleep one night in Venice for cheap and are ok with shabby facilities.
