The location of the hotel is very convenient. The entrance is the pier. It takes two or three minutes to walk to the bus stop, ten minutes to the train station, and free breakfast is provided. Unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning, which caused us to open the window. As soon as the window was opened, there were many mosquitoes flying in.

The location is 8 minutes from the station, but it is a bit difficult to travel with large luggage because you have to walk across the Constitution Bridge. Other than that, the room is quite large, and it is no problem to put 2 28-inch large luggage and a 20-inch luggage. There is also space to walk, not as small as the previous review said. The train station and the bus station are very close in the hotel, but it is quiet at night and does not affect the rest at all. The rooms are thoughtful in design, the front desk staff is very welcoming, and the breakfast is rich. Will choose this next time.

Breakfast is simple and the hotel location is superb! It is a short walk from the train station and the pier. I am happy that I booked a two-person room. As a result, they are a suite on the first floor, two inside and outside, suitable for a family. Super quiet at night.

Have a canal view and it was clean. The receptionist was really helpful as well.

The alley not far from the train station is on the left. The navigation is not accurate. There is no elevator. The bathroom is small. The room has a refrigerator. The whole is still very clean. The grandma at the front desk is very enthusiastic.

It was confusing to begin with as i could not access the hotel . It turned out that the hotel next door possesses the keys and all check in formalities are done from hotel canal . I wasted 1 hr only waiting at airone reception fit someone to turn up . Anyway all sorted after that Great location . Loved the stay Recommended

We stayed here on our honeymoon. The name on the exterior of the hotel had changed, so it was hard to find at first, but once we entered we were greeted by a very friendly staff member. When we asked if they could store our luggage before we checked in, they gladly accepted and even took the time to show us to the restroom. When we told them we were on our honeymoon, champagne was waiting for us in the room. We bought some snacks at a nearby supermarket and had a wonderful time!
