Venice Castello Hotels

My stay in Venice, Italy was great! The quality of service at this hotel is impressive, the staff are always friendly, friendly and very professional. They are always happy to answer my questions and accommodate my needs in a timely manner. The hotel's facilities and equipment are also excellent, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and stable wireless internet is provided free of charge. In addition, the gym facilities are also very good, allowing me to maintain a healthy lifestyle while traveling. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was very satisfactory, with rooms and public areas kept very clean and tidy. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to many famous attractions and transportation stations, which adds a lot of convenience to my trip. Breakfast was my favorite meal during my stay. It was rich in variety and of good quality. At the same time, the hotel's restaurant also provides delicious dishes, allowing me to feel the local culture while tasting authentic food. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I am very grateful to the hotel team for providing me with such a wonderful stay and hope to have the opportunity to come again.

The room is elegant and spacious, and it's considered a large room on the island of Venice. The bathtub in the bathroom is well-designed, but the door cannot be closed from the outside, which may not be ideal if any odors from the toilet waft into the bedroom. Unfortunately, the TV, YouTube, and mobile phone screen mirroring cannot be used. The service, however, is excellent. La camera è elegante e spaziosa, ed è considerata una stanza grande sull'isola di Venezia. La vasca da bagno nel bagno è ben progettata, ma la porta non può essere chiusa dall'esterno, il che potrebbe non essere ideale se gli odori del bagno si diffondono nella camera da letto. No physical reception. Hotel difficult to find by the address given. We had to put the name of the hotel located opposite to find it more easily. Once in front of it, you have to call the number written on the door and it was not correct, however I had the one indicated in the reservation. Once inside, there is a pocket with the name and the room key on the reception counter and we have to look for our room. to just arrive, drop off your suitcases and leave it is okay but otherwise I would not recommend it.

That's a great experience of a two nights stay at hotel Bizanzio. It's location is great, just around 3 minutes walking from the no. 2 ferry terminal, we took the water bus no. 2 from St Luica train station and stopped at St Marco Station ($9.50 each for a 50 min journey and can have an overview of the coast line). The hotel room is unique, it's on the 2nd floor of the traditional Venician House just few steps away from the hotel lobby. My wife and I had the bedroom and two kids at the living room. It's very quiet at night so you can had very good sleep there. the hotel staffs, including gentlemen at reception and waitress at Cafe are very polite and professionally trained. Room was cleaned timly, towels and bed sheets are clean.

Bathroom was quite large, breakfast had a nice variety. Hotel faced a nice plaza and was a close walk to saint marks. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out about giving suggestions for boats to Burano/Murano, where to eat, and where to get a gondola.

I am very pleased with the hotel. No dampness, perfect cleanliness, 14 sq. m. room, small but quite spacious compared to many hotels of this price. 5 minutes from the central square, cafes and laundries in 2 minutes. I highly recommend

A beautiful hotel in an old Venetian palazzo that previously belonged to a wealthy family. The location of the hotel is very good - everything is nearby, and the famous bookstore ”on the canal” is located in the neighboring courtyard. Also nearby is the Ospetale vaporetto stop to the airport. The service at the hotel is good, we had breakfast, not very rich, but by Italian standards it was quite filling, we filled ourselves up with it. A very nice girl works in the cafeteria. The hotel has two entrances/exits, one of which is to the square, and the other to the canal, which makes for beautiful photographs. The only big minus is the unrealistic audibility in the room! Every morning we suffered from walking back and forth in the heels of our upstairs neighbors, who got up very early and for some reason walked around the room from corner to corner for a very long time. Overall, for 4 stars and such a historical building, it’s a very decent hotel, we liked it, thank you!

Hotel located in an excellent central area, the services and hospitality were excellent, a very assorted breakfast, the only ”flaw” that I would criticize is the positioning of the breakfast room as it overlooks the canal near the structure and consequently there was the presence of an unpleasant smell of sewage. Everything else perfect

Nous avions une belle chambre au 1er étage, quelle chance comparé à nos amis qui pour le même prix se sont retrouvés au rez de chaussée chbre 631, très basse de plafond avec petites fenêtres sans vue sur l’extérieur et une odeur d’égout masquée par des désodorisants écœurants . Dommage qu’il ait tant de différences. La chambre 631 ne devrait plus être proposée ! Néanmoins, en ce qui nous concerne, prestations à la hauteur de nos attentes.

The room was very clean and quiet, equipped with every thing we need. the lift was just convenient for us two people with a medium big size lagagg to the second floor. The lady in charge there was very considerate, remindering us for the detail routes from the airport to the hotel by water bus. we would reserve this hotel if we come to Venice again.
