Venice Santa Croce Hotels

The room didn’t had space for 2 individual beds, regardless our double bed were 2 individual beds glued together. Our room was the only room we saw without wallpaper, which was kind of a bummer in our 25th anniversary. Gladly we went on the weekend, otherwise it would’ve been a BIG NO to pay for a room with a view and find out that there is a construction site below our windows, on Monday the noise was unbearable. Regarding the meals it’s kind of annoying to have to ask the staff to bring back the food so I can eat just because they start packing 10min before the end of the scheduled time (10:30). In a 4 start hotel that is kind of a major failure. Despite this minor issues we enjoyed our stay in your hotel, this is just a way to help you improve but we would stay again there one day we decide to comeback. The location is amazing and the prices fair.

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, the pier is only a few steps away from the hotel entrance, remember to call self check in before going. Just pay attention to the quieter side at night, you have to go to the alley to return to the hotel, except for this other aspects are good.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Carlton Capri! The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout my visit. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and very convenient for exploring Venice. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for rest after a full day of sightseeing. The amenities were excellent as well: comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, good air conditioning. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and well taken care of. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I would happily return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice!

It is a very safe and clean hotel in Venice that is large enough for a woman to stay alone. It has an elevator and a hearty breakfast, so it has everything you need without being excessive, and its simplicity is appealing. It closes at midnight, but most places close after that time anyway, so I think it is a good condition for travelers because it ensures safety. It is good because no one makes noise at night, so you can sleep well.

Хороший отель недалеко от вокзала Санта Лючия. Из минусов — очень крутая узкая лестница, с чемоданом будет непросто. Кажется, во дворе есть бар, потому что одной ночью было очень громко и шумно, молодежь играла на барабанах. Зато можно почувствовать атмосферу :) Сам номер отличный, хорошая мягкая кровать, все чисто. Заселили раньше, за что отдельная благодарность.

Location is everything. Great communication. Easy to find. Several steps up and down a bridge to carry luggage over. Helpful to find access to the water bus. (Public transportation) instead of water taxies (Private transportation). Arranged taxi to get to the airport for departure. Good buffet breakfast. Had room ready for us 2 hour before check in. Comfortable king size beds. Only challenge was small shower. This was our last two days of a 23 day trip. Venice was unbelievable. H & R Z

The location is on the main island of Venice, 10 minutes walk from Santa Lucia train station, not by the river, in front of a small square, very quiet, next to a coop supermarket and a restaurant opened by Chinese Wenzhou people, very convenient! The price is moderate, there are triple rooms with children, there are also cost-effective double rooms, the area is not small. I read a lot of reviews that the main island hotel is expensive and old, and I was very nervous. Later, I searched on a certain book and found a video of the room of Aquarius Hotel taken with a baby. I thought it was pretty good and the price was moderate. I booked it without hesitation. I was not disappointed! The hotel was renovated in recent years, with a strong sense of design, wooden floors (very important, the baby can't stand the smell of carpets), the hardness of the bed is also good, and it is comfortable to sleep. The most surprising thing is the breakfast, which is too rich. I want to try every kind of dessert area. The fruit area is very delicate. The strawberry is not very sweet but the taste is full! The scrambled eggs are also very tender, which suits the Chinese taste! Ham, cheese, etc. are all delicious! Surprise, thank you!

Very good place to stay **** during your stay in Venice, clean, cozy, very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfasts are very good and the beds comfortable, plus there is hardly any noise, which is appreciated when you arrive to rest. I recommend it without a doubt. If I come back to Venice I will stay here again.

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from San Marco Square or from the train/bus station. We gave us a room in a neighborhood building but 5 metres from the hotel. The spacious, clean and quiet room. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The breakfast is all but the room is very small and the small dishes have q to re-stop instantly, but the service is very careful and never missing anything.
