Venice Cannaregio Hotels

The room was very clean, the canal was outside the window, the terrace of the restaurant was my favorite, sitting there drinking coffee, and enjoying breakfast. The service was very good. We forgot the small bag of the passport in the hotel room. The boss helped us find it and kept it. We went back to get it.

The room felt quite small for the price, and the amenities were underwhelming. However, the two large, fully openable windows were a nice touch. There was no complimentary drinking water, which I believe is essential, and the TV wasn’t working. I didn’t reach out to the staff since I didn’t have the time. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location and maintains a clean environment despite being in an older building. I’ve stayed at NH Collection hotels, including their 5-star properties, and they always seem to fall just short of being great. There’s definitely room for improvement. Lastly, I witnessed a customer requesting wine glasses from reception, only to be denied because the wine was purchased elsewhere—I found this to be poor service.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The location is good, everything is easily accessible. At first we were disappointed with the rooms, we were in a kind of annex on the ground floor, the furnishings were not as elegant as in the pictures. But the advantage was that we had a second room in both rooms, so it was good in terms of space and space. The bathrooms are very small and cramped. The beds are also worth replacing, thanks to my weight I was able to flatten the bed springs. One advantage is the quiet, you don't hear anything from the Bar al Parliamento, a source of unrest until 1.30am. Breakfast very good, staff friendly and helpful.

Andrea was one of the best hosts I have meet in the forty years of travelling. We had an issue with a train strike in Italy and we were supposed to travel to Montorosso. He went beyond to help with the situation ringing the next hotel in Montorosso and organised an early train ride with some issues about check in time. We organised an earlier train and we kept on our schedule. He greeted with a smile and was professional every day. Accomodation was clean great location close to st luca train station. The bags were taken to the room and the was explained PowerPoints safe television remote. I strongly recommend hotel Amadeus Venice. Andrea will be a general manger one day. I only stayed in Venice for one night. This hotel is a very good choice. The entrance was not too eye-opening, turning around and going into a yard. We chose the room on the side of the canal, which should be designated, only one. The room is quite big, at least two suitcases open without problems, the room window is open to the river, you can see the boat, the boatman will be very warm and say hello. Breakfast is also quite rich, not bad. In short, more satisfied.

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Close to Piazzale Roma, you dont need to carry you lagguges so far if you park your car on Municipale Parking or Tronccetto or if you travel by train you dont need cross even this one bridge :) . Hotel is on via Spagna is commercial street so crowded but is close to Ferrovia. Hotel is in old building Pallacco in Venetian Style. Rooms are in Venetian Style also, cossy, but on minimum, in fotos it looks little beter. Aroud you have all you need shops, restaraunts, etc, so no problem, Vapporetto Stop is just right the corner. To Piazzale San Marco is about 40 minutes (via Realto), or 50 minutes (via Academia) by foot, even beter by foot than via Vaporetto, you vist Venezia. Hotel service is very nice and helpful, breakfast is very good and has a lot of meals.

The room is in a very good location. Near the train station Just a few minutes walk. (The entrance is inside the alley. Must walk in Not the door at the beginning of the alley) Our room has a very good view, right on the road overlooking the Grand Canal Canal and Ponte degli Scalzi Bridge. Good buffet breakfast There are a variety of things to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very impressed
