Excellent stay from the beginning to the end ! The staff was very helpful, special thank you for arranging a birthday surprise for my daughter, it made the stay memorable. The green room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the morning breakfast was perfect. When you step out in the streets, you find yourself in a great neighborhood, close to everything. We certainly will be back ! Thanks again

The best place I have stayed in Venice! Video guide of how to find the hotel. So helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Alessia, we had a complimentary breakfast everyday. The room was perfect!. (The Gold room). Spotlessly clean and fabulous location minutes walk from both St Marks and Rialto. I travelled with my daughter we had a fantastic trip.

Wonderful stay! Rooms are super clean, service and communication on how to get to the hotel when you arrive in Venice is awesome! The small breakfast with coffee, juice and a croissant is a beautiful touch. Great location away from the action but close enough that you’re only a few minutes walk. 3 floors to carry suitcases…not an issue for us and hey it’s Venice so best know about this rather than being disappointed when you arrive! Highly recommended!

The hotel was simply outstanding from entrance to exit. The room was gorgeous, we stayed in the Gold room - this was so impressive in person. Our host (Jada) could not have been more welcoming or helpful through our stay. We went to see all of her recommendations (Murano, Burano etc.) and all were brilliant experiences that truly made our stay in Venice. We would never have visited half the things we did without her input, she was very pleasant and polite every day. The breakfast (2 hot croissants, tea/coffee, orange juice) was to die for every morning! Alessia made it so easy for us to order via WhatsApp and she even remembered our milk the day we forgot to ask for it. We have stayed in hotels all over the world (Dubai, New York, Mykonos etc.) and never have I been so impressed by how clean the room was and how comfy the bed was. Whenever we return to Venice (hopefully soon!! It’s stunning) we will absolutely stay here again. No doubt about it. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. *****
