Très belle maison vénitienne dont la restauration est récente, ce qui signifie literie et sanitaires en très bon état. Le quartier est exceptionnellement calme tout en étant à proximité du vaporetto ce qui permet de se rendre facilement partout dans Venise. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Look no further -- this is the perfect place to stay in Venice. The location is great -- a quiet street in the Dorsoduro, a short walk from the Zaterre vaporetto stop and a few minutes from the Grand Canal, where you can get a traghetto to the other side (distances are deceptive on a map -- remember, Venice is very small). The building is old and historic, but the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a fully updated bathroom. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and Veronica is a warm, attentive, and efficient host. We really enjoyed our stay there -- highly recommended.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit externen Bad, dafür war das Zimmer mit dem schönen Himmelbett sehr geräumig. Es war ein bisschen, als wohne man dort. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse super. Wir haben nichts vermisst und kommen gern wieder.

This is a great place to stay if you’re in Venice. It is across the grande canal from the main sites in Venice a it’s a 20 min walk or a short boat ride to st. Marks square. I love that this side of the island is not crowded with tourists. It’s quite and much more authentic Venetian. The owners are very nice and they breakfast selection is fantastic. The room is very clean, the bathroom we had was large and the mattress was comfortable. There are stairs and no elevator but the property is lovely and I would definitely stay there again

Il B&B (suddiviso in 2 belli edifici tipici) e ben situato nel quartiere Dorsoduro di Venezia, non lontano da Peggy Guggenheim. La zona è molto tranquilla ma comunque vicina a negozi d'arte e ottimi ristoranti. Dietro il B&B c'è una chiesa da dove si può prendere una gondola per attraversare il Canal Grande fino a Piazza Marco Polo per soli EUR 2.-/persona. Il proprietario Alessandro è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile alle nostre domande anche se in realtà lo obbiamo visto una sola volta. La camera confortevole, letto comodo, arredata in modo impeccabile, il bagno moderno e spazioso e tutto il set per preparare un' the o caffe. La colazione viene servita in una accogliente zona pranzo al primo piano. Abbondante e deliziosa la scelta dei prodotti anche se purtroppo mancava il latte senza lactosio (o latte di avena) cosa abbastanza strana di questi tempi dove tante persona hanno problemi di intolleranza.

The B&B is beautiful and very well presented. However, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. Although first to breakfast when it started, eggs were cold and (we discovered) from the fridge because they don't have time to prepare fresh eggs. With only 5 bedrooms, this excuse doesn't wash. Pastries were distinctly average as was the selection of food overall. Everything is cold with no warm options. Juices are from concentrate and not fresh. Breakfast is presented in a dingy kitchen which does not look very nice. Not very salubrious and not in fitting with the price charged. The coffee was bitter. Worse of all, one of the workers simply stared at us throughout breakfast - making us very uncomfortable. The owner was very helpful on our first morning by suggesting things to do in Venice and showing us on a tourist map. However, he didn't have a map to give and instead directed us to the Tourist Office (piazza St Marco) to buy one. Go figure.
