To say this was a 5 star, luxury hotel, would almost be insulting! This hotel was WAY better than that. The staff and the accommodations made us feel like royalty or at the bare minimum, celebrities. Best hotel in the world! The entire staff met us at their private dock upon arrival and sat us down in their garden with a cold glass of French champagne to talk about what itinerary, (if any,) we would like them to plan or help us plan. They swooped our baby up in their arms so i could have a break and immediately made us feel as if the staff stopped their day to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. When we arrived into our room there were little hand written notes everywhere, fresh fruit, a bottle of champs and a special note with a rubber ducky for our 9 month old baby along with a perfectly made up crib for her. We cannot wait to go back and i could write a book about every part of this hotel that blew me away. This is a luxurious experience and although a little pricey, worth every penny! Stay in the suite overlooking the garden and canal! It’s beautiful!

This has been a wonderful stay and experience, this luxury boutique hotel is not only beautiful but what made it outstanding was the staff! They have been so nice, warm, friendly, made you feel so welcome. Thank you Flavia, MariaChara, Giacomo, and the rest of the wonderful staff that we met. I cannot say enough how absolutely floored my wife and I were with the accommodations and the service we received at the Palazzo Venart hotel! It was truly hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had. The room was gorgeous and the staff was simply amazing. They were so helpful and went completely out of their way to make sure our stay was seriously magical. We will definitely return to Venice and will most definitely stay at the Palazzo Venart, again! Thank you to everyone for such a great experience!

Wow, just wow! The level service, detail and hospitatlity were over the top and excpetional! Every detail was thought of and every kindness to ensure our stay in Venice was memorable was prioritized. The staff are the best in the business! If you are lucky enough to stay here, it is worth!

We have had the good fortune to travel quite a bit and to stay in some very special resorts and hotels. Palazzo Venart is perhaps the finest guest experience we have ever had. The location and facilities are amazing, beautiful and impeccably kept, but what sets PV apart is the service. It was so nice to be greeted by the General Manager when we arrived. All the staff members took a special interest in us, and enthusiastically responded to each request with care. We should mention that Alessandro served us in a variety of roles. He served food and seemed to show up everywhere to handle our every whim. He is spectacular as was the wait staff at breakfast. Everyone at the front desk treated us with incredible, gracious hospitality and care, and Lisa greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel like family. From the exquisitely appointed rooms to the amazingly delicious cherries and apricots in the room, our total experience at Palazzo Venart was one we will always remember. Thank you for creating a wonderful travel experience.

Wow this hotel was possibly the best we’ve ever stayed in - the staff were so professional, friendly and polite. The location was superb for everything including water front taxis. Glam was an experience not to be missed. If you are considering this hotel or a trip to magical Venice … just do it!
