Perfection!!! Pictures don’t do justice. This place is absolutely stunning. Felt the Venetian vibe. Very close to train station. Do not look much further. Very clean, the entire staff is amazing…Mateo, Irene Jason and others All are friendly and kind. They offer a massive selection for breakfast. Fresh juice and coffee. I’m so happy I booked here. Did not disappoint. Truly an amazing experience. I don’t think I will stay anywhere else.

The location is excellent - just few steps from the train station and 10 min walk to the bus station to the airport or mainland. All major public transport boats are just in front of the hotel. The room was of a very big size for Venice standards with all amenities provided. The staff were all very nice, multilingual and very accommodating on all our requests and helped with the luggage. Special thanks to Jason who was very kind. The breakfast was fine, very limited choice for people with special diets (lactose free). The cleanliness of the rooms was good and the size of the bathroom was huge. The view is unbeatable and despite windows going out to the bridge in front of the station they had good isolation as we could not hear much noise from outside with the windows closed. We would definitely recommend and return. Though we stayed only two nights, the breakfast was the same each day. We would also appreciate to have more options for vegan and lactose free.
