Nice and clean easy access to the centre with local bus

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The first 3 were great. On the fourth day we asked reception for advice on travel options outside the city, we were given advice that was not fully explained correctly which wasted €50. On return we queried this with reception who were extremely rude and arrogant towards us, we felt as foreign tourists a dislike towards us. After a lengthy exchange via email with management, they agreed complimentary access to the spa. It was very clear why, the spa facilities were pathetic and seemed barely open with workmen completing maintenance. We stayed all of 15mins, not worth €30 if paying full price. My wife had an issue with her locker to which it took chasing 3 staff members and nearly 1 hour to address. 1 staff member simply walked away without offering any help. The hotel may seem from the outside a 4* but after 5 nights we don't think this is a fair description. We have stayed in nicer 3* star hotels. Overall for what could and should of been a good experience was spoilt by some rude staff. We as tourists did try our best with the language were we could but we felt an overall dislike to foreign guests.

It was a clean, nice hotel , we had suit . It was great ,with great service. Restaurant was good with reasonable price. They have nice and small outdoor.

According to various review sites, this is supposedly the hotel to stay at in Mestre, Venice — unfortunately, that couldn’t be further from the truth. The hotel offers various room types, and when you book the most expensive one (a superior room with a hydrojet massage bath), you expect some level of luxury. Instead, we were shoved into a small, claustrophobic room located in what felt like a run-down neighborhood. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a surprisingly luxurious lobby. We had been emailed in advance that the hydro massage jets in the bath were out of order, which we didn’t mind — as long as we had a bathtub. However, without any communication, we were placed in a room with no bath at all. The only compensation offered was access to the wellness area for one day. The breakfast was extremely limited. If you wanted any hot items like a fried egg, you’d easily pay €6 or more per item. On our second night, after a long day exploring Venice, we came back to find our room had not been cleaned. We complained at the front desk — an older man was quite arrogant, and a younger woman with unkempt, long, loose hair had no idea what was going on. No apologies, no explanation — nothing. The room itself was awful: claustrophobic, slippery and dangerous shower, no space to store clothes or even lay down towels, no electrical outlets next to the bed, and an air conditioner that’s older than Venice itself. Unsurprisingly, the air conditioning barely worked — the hotel knows this, as they had already placed a fan beside the bed. All in all, a terrible hotel experience. We will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.
