I had booked this hotel for one night for my husband’s birthday but sadly last minute he was hospitalised, we could not travel in the end. I had asked for a refund or even partial refund but they refused my request.

The facilities are old and simple, and the service attitude is poor. For example, there are not enough bath towels in the room. When you go to the service desk to get them, they ask for 2 euros and usually ignore you. If the room is not good and you want to change it, it is harder than climbing to the sky, and they just won't change it (even if there is a vacant room). The table in the room is broken and they didn't repair it for 4 days. It is too bad and the room is small. Don't stay here.

It was very cold, there was no air conditioning, the furniture was from the 40s, it felt like it was 5 degrees in the room at night. There was no chair, a very small table.

It is located far away, for one night it is ok. The room is cold, especially in the bathroom. The water in the sink did not drain. The interior is nice, the staff is responsive, but the mattress is terrible, the springs dug into your back. It is better to pay extra if you like to sleep comfortably.
