The room is the closest to the station of all the hotels I have stayed in. The service is OK. The interior decoration of the hotel is antique, with some European medieval style, but it is also a bit old-fashioned. There are fewer varieties of breakfast, mainly a close

The room felt quite small for the price, and the amenities were underwhelming. However, the two large, fully openable windows were a nice touch. There was no complimentary drinking water, which I believe is essential, and the TV wasn’t working. I didn’t reach out to the staff since I didn’t have the time. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location and maintains a clean environment despite being in an older building. I’ve stayed at NH Collection hotels, including their 5-star properties, and they always seem to fall just short of being great. There’s definitely room for improvement. Lastly, I witnessed a customer requesting wine glasses from reception, only to be denied because the wine was purchased elsewhere—I found this to be poor service.

Turn left and you will reach the shopping street and St. Mark's Square. It is super convenient and there is no need to cross the barefoot bridge and walk on dangerous paths.

It's a bit expensive for the condition of the main island, but the location is really good. It's really close to the train station, so I was really satisfied!!! The breakfast is also delicious!
However, the floor was carpeted and the building view was disappointing. And the room I was assigned was a non-smoking room, but it smelled a little like cigarettes, which was disappointing.
