I highly recommend this hotel to stay, especially when you go to Venice in a peak season.
This hotel is located near Venezia S.L station and no need to get on waterborne.
I visited in August, which was a peak season, so many ppl are lining up for waterborne and it seems it’s difficult to move around with luggage.

日本人です。とにかく駅から近くて、石畳を重たいスーツケースを長いこと引きながら歩くこともなく良かったです。
スーペリアルーム、朝食付きで友人と一泊しました。ツインベット、広さ充分。部屋はコンパクトですが、スーツケースを広げるスペースもあり、綺麗で良かったです。シャワーの水圧も良い。バスタブなし。
朝食は品数は多くはなかったですが、どれも非常においしかったです。ズッキーニやパプリカのソテーが美味しかったです。私たちしかいなかったのもありますが、ralphさんが、細かい気配りで快適な朝食な時間を過ごさせてくれました。

酒店還不錯，主要是前台超級熱情（一位頭髮略白的大叔），還給升級了房間，雖然這個酒店設施略簡單，但是位置很好，周圍安靜，服務好，所以非常喜歡這裏。
唯一美中不足的是房間和房間之間的隔音稍差，但是因為住在這裏的都是遊客，所以入夜睡下後不久倒也能安靜了，總的來説，這個酒店很不錯。

The hotel is 2 minute walk to the train station but in a quiet small lane which is great. It is a little far away from all the sights which is ok. Breakfast was superb and they offered to prepare takeaway breakfast pack. Minor imperfection was the bathroom door was a bit jammed and does not open well.
