The hotel is 2 minute walk to the train station but in a quiet small lane which is great. It is a little far away from all the sights which is ok. Breakfast was superb and they offered to prepare takeaway breakfast pack. Minor imperfection was the bathroom door was a bit jammed and does not open well.

Amazing staff, great facilities, location close to Santa Lucia Station, walking access to all major attractions.

I booked the hotel in a hurry after looking at the hotel's exterior at night. The hotel is decorated simply and distinctively. The rooms are small but clean and tidy, with complete facilities such as wardrobes and refrigerators, and a small balcony. The Grand Canal and the railway station are not far away, which is quite convenient.

If you go to the left 3 minutes from the station, there is a lot to see. There is also a wine gas station(?) nearby. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was clean and good. Good, good, clean!!
