All the staff were kind and gentle.
They told me about transportation and how to get around Venice!
I tried to ask them to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning, but they told me how to get on the express bus, the time and the cost.
It was very helpful because I could get there cheaply!
I arrived earlier than check-in time so I tried to leave my luggage, but I was glad that I could get into my room early!
There is no coin laundry, but there is one about a 5-minute walk away!
There was a unit bath, but the drainage was not very good.
But other than that it was really good and I recommend it!

Hotel was very easy to locate, just a few minutes away from the station. Breakfast place was nice and clean. Front desk staff was kind enough to offer us a map and briefly showed us the direction. Our room was on the first floor and we had to carry the luggages upstairs by ourselves with stairs. The lighting in the room was a bit dimmed and poor ventilation in the bathroom. Theres mold on the wall so we had to leave the door open after shower.
