The room is very small, especially the bathroom. Fat people can't turn around at all. The location is in the city center. If you are tired from playing or can't find the toilet, you can go back to the hotel directly.

If it weren't for the elevator, or rather the non-elevator, it would be a good option. We stayed three days, and when we arrived they told us that just that afternoon the elevator had broken (that's bad luck). Our room, on the equivalent of a fourth floor, was very uncomfortable every time we got to the hotel, after all the fatigue, going back up some stairs that are also very, very deteriorated and unsafe. I am certain, but with zero evidence, that the elevator is not enabled by the hotel during the low season. And it is an essential service, in addition to the transfer of suitcases.

Hotel is in need of some updates and love. The bed, pillows, and linens are horrible. Flat pillows, hard bed, and scratchy sheets. The bathroom shower leaked so you had to line it with towels. The decor is fine and the room was large enough, A/C worked well. The staff is not friendly whatsoever and they make it aware you are annoying them if you ask questions. The breakfast room is extremely small and the choices are very limited, but decent enough. Found it very odd to have to turn in my key every time we left. The elevator is small, take the stairs if you can. It was fine for the 2 nights pre- cruise. Lots of shopping/restaurants around and easy to get to from the water taxi.

I don’t reccomend it. Well located, with a good breakfast, but we were given a room in an attic only reachable by stairs without warning. Also receptionists were extremely rude and beds were individual and opposite facing….

Compact room but had everything we needed. The hotel and room were extremely clean. The bathroom was nice and had complimentary toiletries. Our room serviced every day. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. As for location it was so central to everything. There is a restaurant next door the Nuova Valagia which i highly recommend. It was reasonably priced and was a god send the first night of our stay as it was a long day travelling, so being right next door to the hotel was great.

Very clean, very good location, daily room service, daily breakfast. The dining area is quite small so they ask you to nominate what time the following day you would like to have breakfast, half hourly booking slots first in first served. Very basic breakfast, scrabled eggs and bacon the only hot food offered, all the other normal breakfast foods are available, toast, tea, coffee, yoghurt etc The dining room is only open for breakfast closing at 10.30am. Tea and coffee making facilities are not available any other time of the day nor is there tea and coffee in the rooms.
