Perfect location. Literally 50-70 meters to St. Mark's Square. You can walk early in the morning and before bed, when the square is empty. Comfortable beds, clean linen, clean toilet and bathroom. Not new furniture only adds charm and atmosphere to the room. Delicious breakfast.

Great location just steps from Piazza San Marco, great pizzeria nearby and very well connected to all points of interest. Kind, helpful and friendly staff. Abundant breakfast, both Italian and international, sweet and savory, very kind staff at the buffet. Very very retro environment... maybe a lot of tripe carpet and fabrics that make everything very dusty. The room was not very quiet, there was a constant noise from the air conditioning motors or something like that. Lots of carpet... not great cleaning but for the location and the price paid... we adapted. Overall good structure but cleaning needs improving (see window in the bathroom... glass perhaps not cleaned for several years!) and the furnishings are Venetian but give the impression of being dirty... and neglected.
