The location is excellent, right by the Grand Canal, with Luxury Street and St. Mark's Square just outside. You can sit by the canal to have breakfast, watch the gondolas and the river view. The breakfast variety is quite rich in European hotels. The room layout and size are also good, and the hygiene is OK. I booked two rooms, and the shower room in one of the suites was slow to drain.
