The hotel is conveniently located beside the main road. There are shops, restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
Our room is spacious and clean. Hot Water supply is good for Shower during winter.
The staff is very friendly. She personally brought us to view our room and introduce the room facilities to us.
We are very happy with our Stay here.

This hotel was a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it—the room was charming, and the location is great for exploring Venice. We booked directly through their website, which worked in our favor: we were given a beautiful canal view and offered a late checkout. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the air conditioning worked well, which was much appreciated. After checkout, they kindly stored our luggage so we could continue exploring without hassle. Overall, a great experience with thoughtful touches that made our stay even better.

Second stay and room was so much better this time. The room we stayed in first time was French double I believe (but was tiny). This time booked with Easyjet and had double classic. Both stays were in the annex across the way rather than the main hotel. Although there was no view in the 2nd room we had a lot more room (number 501). We had a fridge and air con. The shower although small was really good. Bedding seemed brand new. The male receptionist and also the young girl could not have been more helpful and friendly to us. We liked to sit outside next to the canal eating breakfast which was basic but fine. Location is excellent. Can walk from the train station but perhaps a good 30 minute walk or so. We found that from the airport the guglie stop (orange line) was so much easier than taking the blue line and getting off at F.te Nove).

Just arrived home from a 3 night stay, arrived before check in time, luckily our room was ready for us & we were able to check in early. Kettle & complimentary tea/coffee in room. We had a triple room (even though there were only 2 of us), with a canal view, plenty of space in room & comfy beds. Good choice of cakes, pastries, & toast, yoghurt & fresh fruit, fruit juice & coffee for breakfast, enough to keep you going for a few hours. We often sat outside by canal in evening having a drink /meal, in restaurant attached to hotel which was lovely. Staff were friendly & helpful, even booking us a water taxi for return to airport. Would definitely return.

Una vera vacanza! Qui tutto diventa leggero grazie allo staff che ogni giorno ti coccola e ti vizia! Io sono un amante dello sport e adoro leggermi la gazzetta con il caffè. Beh pensate che la responsabile andava personalmente ogni mattina a prendermi il giornale per farmelo leggere! Un piccolo pensiero esempio di come siano attenti alla cura e il benessere dei clienti! L’animazione è super! Disponibile e gentile prendono i bimbi e lasciano i genitori liberi di godersi la vacanza senza pensieri! Davvero una vacanza consigliata. Ringrazio in particolar modo Armando (direttore) e Valeria (receptionist) perché ti fanno davvero sentire in famiglia! L unico problema qui è dover tornare a casa! 5 stelle perché di più non si può dare! Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Nettes kleines Hotel mitten in Venedig. Toller Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung der Stadt. Unser Zimmer war leider sehr klein und hatte im Bad keinerlei Möglichkeiten ein Handtuch aufzuhängen, weshalb wir die nassen Badetücher etc. nur jeweils einen Tag nutzen konnten. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse geradezu üppig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
