It was fantastic, the location is amazing! The breakfast is fantastic! The hotel restaurant, however, is run separately; you get a 10% discount there, and it's fine. We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel and spend the day of our departure in Venice. Great! We'd love to come back.

The room has a bathtub, but when we took a shower, the glass to block the water was a little too short, so a lot of water spilled all over the toilet. The breakfast was okay. I had a hard time finding the hotel at first. The entrance was like a restaurant. The room I stayed in was on the third floor, and after taking the elevator, I had to go up another flight of stairs. I was worried about going up and down the stairs with a large suitcase, but when I told the staff, they were happy to help me. I went to the front desk before checking out and asked. The staff were friendly and I would like to stay here again! I was happy to be able to have an elegant breakfast overlooking the canal.
