Great location to go to Venice by bus and train; good breakfast; friendly staffs; our room air conditioning wasn't cool enough, but David tried to fix it even though it wasn't working in full function until we checked out (but we appreciate his tremendous efforts even in late evening); hopefully the room's air conditioning system is fully fixed for next guests

This B&B is located in a very nice neighborhood. It was converted from a local villa. We stayed at chiara lodge for 2 nights to visit Venice. It is located in a very quiet and at the same time very convenient area, just 5 minutes walk from the station. The structure is nice, the room we stayed in was comfortable, clean and well-ordered, the bed was excellent, we slept really well.
The breakfast is plentiful and very good, there is everything, from sweet to savory, to fresh fruit. A special mention goes to the lemon cake which was really delicious.
Lastly, I can only say good things about the staff, extremely kind and helpful, they made us feel perfectly at ease, as if we were at home, and they also gave us the right tips for visiting Venice and the islands.

This accommodation is really the best.
Clean rooms and facilities, and reasonable prices for accommodation and parking. It is convenient because the bus stop No. 2 to Venice and a large mart are right nearby.
