威尼斯非常高端的酒店，房間設計極為現代（其實有點不方便 比如手洗內衣沒辦法），服務態度非常好，價格貴。
按照攜程房間説明，訂了2晚行政套房（2大2小），一張大床，2張單人床，反覆確定不是沙發床和加床。16,000左右，2晚。入住時候，大堂異常熱情，給了歡迎飲料，但是説我訂房衹填了2大人訊息，所以以為一個孩子，看到2個孩子，加床要收費。我立刻覺得這邏輯有問題，既然都準備了2張床，為何説以為衹有一個孩子，如果既然知道4人，明明4人入住可以，為何加床要另外收費？前台説可能誤會了。
和攜程立刻確認，説不收費了。但是進入房間，如圖，就是廳裏改造的沙發加褥子和加彈簧床,這和攜程訂房説明和反覆確認的完全不符合。攜程幫忙協調，説衹能這樣，孩子能睡就不計較了。
退房時候，除了入城費，還打印出單子，寫明employee benefits,接近100歐元，説是服務費，由於要趕輪船，就付款了，但是拿着收據牌照給攜程，因為這又是額外費用。確認後這是小費，酒店解釋説我們沒有反對。這真有趣，如果是小費，應該金額是客人提出（我可能會服300歐呢？），而不是打印出一個數字讓住客付。隨後攜程協調説幾日後退回。
這些小細節其實凸顯酒店對待遊客，或者攜程中國遊客的小伎倆，大家注意一下。酒店還是不錯的，畢竟一晚8000，也是有價值的，呵呵。

位置優越，去看雙年展住這裏很合適，工作人員服務很好，我早上11:00到的，房間沒有打掃出來，存了行李，前台的帥哥給我的水瓶灌滿了氣泡水，年紀比較大的經理掏出了紙質的威尼斯地圖給我講解必須去的地方，房間舒適安靜，推門就是外海，早上吃了早餐走出去獨享一片安靜的海。

衞生：我覺得我對於酒店衞生相對來説還是比較嚴格，他們家做的真的很好
環境：由於有水有暖和的地方必定有蚊子，但是他們酒店的消殺做的超級棒，而且坐船可以直接到酒店

Most of Urquiola’s space works in recent years emphasize the use of colors. The visual effect is good, but the space experience is a bit thin, a bit like a quick sketch.
