The entrance to the building is very hidden, there is no staff and you have to check-in by yourself. You have to call the hotel several times before someone answers. The response time is slow. We were on the street for half an hour, and I was embarrassed to make a long-distance call to the hotel. We booked a hotel for three nights in total, and the rooms for the first two nights were cheaper. Because we don’t want to move around, even though the room for the third night is more advanced and expensive, we asked the hotel not to change the room even if we suffer a little loss, but they refused. We also had to re-register our ID to check-in 
At 3 pm, we asked for the password to log in to the room, but there was no response until I called them, and they realized that they had not told me the password. When we returned to the hotel, we also saw guests who had the same experience as us waiting on the street, and they also had problems checking in. Because they had a total of 18 people, the luggage and the queue were very spectacular and helpless.

Excellent property. Very accessible and great location overall. Central to everything. Very clean and rooms very spacious. Our Family booked three rooms and every room was bit different and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Prior to our trip I communicated with the team at the Hotel and they were all amazing answering questions. Very helpful and resourceful. Highly recommend this place and will definitively stay there again.

Partiendo de que se supone que es de lujo, te encuentras muchas deficiencias y más por el precio que pagas. Es grande y está muy bien situado y tranquilo, pero un poco sucio. Somos 4 en la familia y solo pusieron toallas para 2. Pedimos que nos pusieran 2 más al salir por la mañana y nuestra sorpresa al llegar fue que no nos hicieron caso. Entraron a cambiar la basura y no nos dejaron las toallas. Para colmo, se sale el agua de la bañera al suelo y para secarlo sólo tienes tus escasas toallas. Teníamos una almohada sin funda y alguna otra está tan usada que se raja al usarla. Estuvimos tres noches y la verdad es que se hecha en falta que no te limpien nada no te cambien toallas,...(luxury?)

Firstly the photos look great and when you walk in it looks great. Very central and the hotel you go to to check in are very helpful but that’s where it ends! It is dirty and examples are; We had blood stains on our main bed sheets which supposedly were clean! When we told them about it they said do you want us to change them? Ah yeah what!!!!! There was a smell in the drains that made the place smell like fish yes fish and not fresh fish!!! Two bathrooms one which is a bath not shower as the handle to use is way down on the bath so don’t know how you wash yourself and hold it when it tries to go back in it’s holder. The second shower and you will see in the photos which are flattering is absolutely tiny I am not a big person and I could barely turn in it!!! But the biggest issue was there is a boiler in a cupboard that is locked and goes all day and all night with short stops and sound like a car with a sports exhaust not a nice sounding one starting up and then turning off with a rev!!! If you sleep light this is not the apartment for you. This is not stated on any website associated or third party with the hotel!!!! So beware. Also you pay 40 euros for the room to be cleaned after your stay and blood stains on sheets and almonds on the floor in the family area doesn’t to me seem to be a cleaned environment. When I confronted them with the issues they suddenly either couldn’t speak English or just shrugged there shoulders. Service obviously only extended to the introduction. Oh and had to wait 15 mins when arriving as our host had gone for a walk! I usually find something nice to say about hotels or restaurants but this apartment at $600 a night is such an overpriced terrible place to stay that I can’t find anything.

An amazing experience from beginning to end!!! So clean and close to everything! The cleaning staff helped us find our way around when we first arrived, they were so kind and understanding. Lovely lovely! Cannot wait to come back!!!!!
