Perfect location with some less expensive (but really lovely) restaurants right on our road. The room was as expected, and lovely to have windows looking down onto the street. The door keys and bathroom keys are a little hard to operate but we found it ok once we got used to it!

Hotel très bien placé, proche du centre ville et des gares de train principaux. chambre propre avec un balcon sympa. Le personnel est bienveillant, le monsieur m'a laissé utiliser son ordinateur et la jeune femme nous a réservé des rdv pour faire des test Covid.

Stanze con CONDIZIONI IGIENICO SANITARIE davvero precarie! Il condizionatore della stanza era sporchissimo, e non parliamo del filtro..!! Stanza e bagno da ristrutturare e manutenere.. Un peccato, la posizione dell'hotel è ottima.

Posizione eccellente raggiungibile in cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione e comunque molto comoda per visitare tutto il centro di Venezia. La camera 102 non è enorme ma adeguata alle nostre esigenze, pulizia soddisfacente e molto silenziosa. Materasso comodo. Federica è stata molto gentile e disponibile a tutte le nostre esigenze compresa la custodia dei nostri bagagli l'ultimo giorno. La sera inoltre si è vicinissimi a innumerevoli localini dove assaporare spritz e cicchetti. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Great price and location. Friendly and helpful owners & staff. Charming vibe - if slightly faded 😀 We received lots of great advice on where to eat, drink etc. The dolphin restaurant next door was friendly and fab also (they also do take outs). Room was very clean- but in need of a little TLC. Eg aircon worked, but remote handset was a little temperamental, some TV channels were a bit sketchy, shower took a little while to run warm. But we hate staying in characterless pristine branded hotels. We’ll fondle remember this for its staff and its quirkyness.
