Reasonable price, canel view, good view, easy to access to the town, nearby food and many restaurants, easy to many luxury shops and local shops, will not come back again, hotel has hot water, big room and thin blanket

We had no hot water to shower the first day. The solution was access to another bathroom in another building. When we woke up the first morning we had a flood of drain water on the floor. It was terrible, the smell was awful. Faeces floating around on the bathroom floor. No new room, no discount was offerd. The breakfast was low standard.

Beautiful property on the canal. Three large windows that can be opened to let in the breeze. Very quiet, picturesque area. Walking distance from all major sites. Very welcoming staff walked us to the room and showed us around.

Hôtel bien place. Serveur brun très sympathique et a l'écoute. En revanche taxe de séjour non conforme à ce qui était prévu a la réservation. De plus 3 taxes pour le repas alors que nous n'avons pris que 2 repas. Qui devait être remboursé le lendemain mais nous n' avons mangé ailleurs. Dommage.

Las personas que trabajan tienen muy mala actitud. El servicio es muy malo. Las camas son Catres, son bastante incomodas. Venden servicios que no dan. Es incomodo venir con niños y bebés y con maletas.

We stayed in this hotel as a family of 4. In the morning we went to check in, everything was fine and they allowed us to leave our luggage in storage; we returned around 6pm and they took us to our room (it is in a building 2 steps away), the room is beautiful in Venetian style with Murano lamps and exposed beams, but: the heating with only the air conditioning had just been turned on and it was cold, old bathroom, shower that sprays water everywhere, dust in the exposed ceiling lights, a hair dryer from the First World War, 2 towel kits for 4, no minibar, no extra pillow, no blankets... The basic breakfast gives the impression of a hotel opened to do you a favor, nothing was missing but... Excellent location on a canal 2 minutes from Salute where line 1 passes every 20 minutes. With more love and care it could be much much better.. thanks to the always available staff.

Don't Expect Much
The room was so small and they packed in 3 twin beds AND a Futon. No room at all. The shower handle attachment was broken and it leaked into the bedroom area. They said if you eat at their restaurant, they give you a 40% discount. But then they add-on top of it a 30% gratuity charge. No ice and cold drinks are barely cold. Cool is more of what they were. But for the price, I got what I paid for.

Bad air due to dirty carpet. Booked garden view, but unfortunately got a view of a wall. Mice or rats making noises under the window all night, creepy. Shower only suitable for XS people, also in poor condition. Unfortunately no recommendation.
