We recently stayed at Palazzo del Giglio for 3 nights. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and our room was of a good size with plenty of storage, a jacuzzi bath and shower. There was a very welcome bowl of fresh fruit in the room and shortly after we arrived, a bottle of prosecco on ice was brought to our room. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast is ordered the previous evening and served either in the bar or your room. We chose to eat in the bar and there was a good selection of food and drinks on offer. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a couple of minutes walk to the San Maria del Giglio vaporetto stop, and within easy walking distance of Piazza San Marco. The only very slight disappointment was that the bar was closed. It would have been pleasant to have been able to have a nightcap after returning to the hotel in the evening after dinner. I'm not sure of the reason for this - perhaps it is only open in the high season? Having said that, the fridge in the hotel room is stocked with soft drinks, wines, and miniature spirits and I believe drinks can also be ordered via room service. This is only a minor detail and didn't worry us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, and it will certainly be our first choice next time we visit Venice.

Stilvolles, ruhiges Hotel ein paar Schritte von der Vaporetto-Station Giglio entfernt. Perfekt für einen Besuch im Theater La Fenice. Ums Eck: Campo San Stefano und der Weg zur Ponte Accademia. Sehr hilfsbereites Hotel-Team. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, großzügiges Badezimmer mit Whirlpool-Badewanne, sehr sauber und duftend. Gut bestückter Kühlschrank im Zimmer und Wasserkocher mit Tee/Kaffee. Sehr gute Betten - nicht weich! In der Nacht - absolute Ruhe. Italienisches Frühstück (kein Buffet) mit frischen Brioches, Cappucino, Schinken/Käse, Eierspeise, Joghurt etc. Alles nach Wunsch serviert. Wir haben uns segr wohl gefühlt.

Esperienza ottima, camera spaziosa e molto curata, personale molto disponibile. La colazione presenta una buona scelta sia di dolce che di salato. La posizione è a pochi passi da S.Marco e a pochi metri dalla fermata del traghetto ma la vera differenza è costituita dal livello di questo hotel. Per il prossimo viaggio a Venezia sicuramente ritorneremo.

séjour de 4j avec notre enfant de 3ans. Tout fut parfait. De l'accueil, au petit déjeuner à la gentillesse du personnel, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. La chambre était spacieuse, propre. Le petit déjeuner, servi en chambre, à la hauteur de nos espérances. Très proche des sites à visiter. A côté de l'arrêt S. Maria del Giglio pour l'arrivée en bateau. Bref je recommande fortement cet établissement pour un séjour à Venise.

Bellissimo Hotel adiacente alla fermata del Giglio. Suite perfetta! Personale super disponibile Dotazioni di qualità in un contesto di classe. A due passi da San Marco e Rialto, terrazzino arredato con tavolo, sedie e piante. Assolutamente consigliato
