A very comfortable and clean hostel. Very accessible from the tram, just a few meters from one of its stops.

The room is spacious, the bus stop is not far away, travel is convenient, the front desk is friendly, and overall the price/performance ratio is good. You can catch a bus to the main island of Venice within five minutes of leaving the house.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was probably run by a South Asian. The smell of perfume was so strong that it still choked my nose after staying there for several hours. The quilt was not changed every day. I slept with a bath towel on it. The sound insulation was almost zero. The people on the street talked as if they were in the same room. There were a few people upstairs who were jumping up and down all the time. I am a person who falls asleep very easily, and I was very tired after driving for a day, but I still only slept for 3 hours. , you are constantly woken up and want to experience the lower limit, you can go

The place smells strongly of smoke which they tried to cover up with a nauseating perfume. Everything is really dusty and looks like hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. A really loud noise of (I guess) an airco system comes from the outside, so when you open the window to try to get the smell out, the noise is too strong and it’s hard to fall asleep. I tried talking to the guy at the reception, Omar. He just sat there and refused to improve the situation. I told Omar I would open a Booking claim reporting the low cleanliness levels. Afterwards, I found out that Omar retaliated against me and told Booking that I damaged the property, which of course is an absolute lie. This is clearly a pattern: if you check the negative Google reviews for the hotel, you’ll see that Omar replies denying everything and accusing the customer of bad behaviour. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs!

Catastrophe The hotel resepsjonist was very nice and friendly but... The hotel itself looked like something that should have been closed down. The hallways had doors with half torn off door handles, a strong odour of flowery soap to the point were it was making me feel nauseous. On top of that smell it reeked of old sigarett odour. When I finally got in to the room that I had booked, I noticed that the door lock had toilet paper stuffed in the keyhole, the floor was so grimy that I couldn't walk on it without shoes, the ceiling lamp with a fan attached to it looked like it was going to fall down. The bathroom was a story of its own... The walls had black mold all over the place, there were now wall or shower curtain so when you showered, the water went all over the place. The attachment to hold the showerhead was broken, so you had to hold the shower head whilst having a shower. All in all, I do not recommend this place to anyone.
