The location is 30 minutes by foot and water bus from Santa Luciana. There are few tourists in the direction of the nearest water bus and it is quiet, but if you walk to the opposite side, St. Mark's Basilica, the number of tourists increases. It is less than 20 minutes walk to St. Mark's Basilica.
The room is old and the bathroom is not new either.

Hotel ben posizionato ,sia per arrivare da piazzale Roma,sia per prendere il vaporetto. Molto ben curata le stanze con dettagli che ne impreziosiscono l'ambiente, molto silenziose. Grazie a David e tutto lo staff per la loro accoglienza e cordialità!

Hotel con camere moderne, spaziose e di design. Ottima la posizione. Buona anche la colazione servita durettamente in camera sua con piatti dolci che salati. David alla reception molto disponibile anche nel consigliarci percorsi e ristoranti.

Wir waren Ende Mai 2022 hier für drei Nächte und waren sehr zufrieden. Von der Vaporetto-Station San Samuele in nicht einmal einer Minute zu erreichen, war bereits die Anreise bequem Ruhig gelegen und dennoch in nur ca. 15 Minuten von San Marco und Rialto entfernt, war es für uns ideal. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet frisch mit wirklich gutem Kaffee. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert, aber nicht unterkühlt, sehr sauber und im barocken Einrichtungsstil gehalten, was uns so richtig auf Venedig eingestimmt hat. Supergute Matratzen, sehr ruhig, perfekt für einen guten Schlaf nach ausgiebigen Besichtigungen.

Such a great place to stay very nice people wonderful room excellent breakfast right in the center of everything but also off a little quiet street. I truly appreciate the hospitality and their kindness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la place St Marc (15, 20 minutes à pieds) avec un arrêt vaporetto à 3 minutes Chambre spacieuse, décorée typique italien d'une propreté irréprochable ! Petit déjeuner copieux Personnel très agréable avec une mention particulière pour Lia (de très bonne humeur, très serviable et désireuse de rendre service)

Personale accogliente, cordiale e super disponibile. Ottima posizione centrale, quartiere silenzioso e tranquillo, in 10 minuti si arriva in piazza San Marco e c’è una comoda fermata del vaporetto a pochi passi. Camere caratteristiche, accoglienti e pulite. Gentilissimo lo staff che ci ha consentito di tenere le valige in struttura dopo il check out. Tornerò sicuramente!
