We checked into this hotel for the third time, the rooms were good twice. It's called San Marco, when we arrived it was stuffy, we couldn't set the air conditioner, we set it to 18 or 20, but the air conditioner switches to 30, the drain in the shower didn't work, it smelled like sewage. I wrote to the information desk at 21:00, since we didn't expect it to be so stuffy in the room, we had to open the windows. The repairman came at 10:15 the next morning, when we had to move out of the room.

We had a perfect stay at Granda Sweet suites! Having read some mixed reviews we weren’t sure how things were going to go, but our expectations were pleasantly exceeded!! Check in was easy, room was very clean with amenities in the bathroom and a coffee maker with pods! The common room was gorgeous with views of the canal - we sat here every day to enjoy the views by the window! Our checkout was perfect we left our luggage at the property until 3.30pm which we then came back to collect! Excellent stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone! It is around 13 minutes walk to Rialto bridge - very easy!

Vero Nice place tô stato of you manage to stay in a room with Canal View. Apart from this this is a serf service apartment. No reception nor any service. Just the room.

La localización, las vistas, el estilo...es toda una experiencia. Si hay algo que resulta molesto para dormir es la humedad que hay en el dormitorio que hay debajo, en la habitación duplex. Si bien, pienso que es algo inevitable dada su localización. Hay un cuarto común, que da al canal. Sentarse a leer frente a la ventana, es todo un lujo.

Run away!!! A nightmare!!!! We paid €264 per night for a superb room. We were given another one overlooking the street, 2 meters from a vaporetto, dirty sheets, dirty floor, poor quality, and to top it all off, no toilet paper. The owner told us to go buy some!!!!!!! Run away, it's fake+++ and dirty. We stay dressed, we won't wash given the filthy state of the bathroom.

HORRIBLE LOCATION - STAY AWAY
Horrible experience with NO in-house reception. Total lack of advance check-in communication. FILTHY ROOM & NEVER MENTIONED A BEDROOM/BATH IN BASEMENT with MOLD.
