We picked this hotel based on it's location - wanted to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Venice. This was perfectly placed - right opposite the water bus terminals so had easy access from the train station on arrival and then also direct to the airport on our departure. We had a terrace room, overlooking the lagoon - views were excellent and was nice to sit our there at the end of the day and enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view. Service was good - room was cleaned daily, reception staff were helpful - as were the bar staff and the waiting on team. Breakfast was included and was enough to give us a start to the day.

The hotel is good, in the best location on the island. Everything was great, except for the breakfasts. On the first day it was pretty meager and not very tasty, and the next day there was yesterday's leftovers to eat... Coffee (if you can call this liquid in a jug) without smell and taste, dried pieces of pastry and a wet melange omelette... The chef needs to be changed urgently! Everything else is super!
