We enjoyed our stay at Dimora Al Doge Beato. It was clean and comfortable, and the neighbourhood was quiet while also having lots of eatery options on the doorstep. Antonio’s communication with us prior to and during our stay was excellent. The location is also convenient for all lines public transport. We would recommend using Riva Di Biasio as the vaporetto stop as opposed to Sta Stae, as you can reach the accommodation by crossing only one bridge (crucial when travelling with large luggage!).

Lovely little hotel in nice peaceful area very clean rooms and bathroom very comfy bed really good air conditioning which was really needed we didn’t open windows as it was so hot and keeping the shutters closed help with temperature and more importantly mozies lovely polite staff and Antonio was so helpful directions suggestions and lady who let us drop our bags early was also lovely there is lovely bakery just outside opens earl so croissants and coffee to start the day 8euros for 2 we also ate in restaurant to doors down by canal bridge very good easy to get to from airport by either boat or bus we arrived y boat departed by bus

This was our first time in Venice and the room was perfect for us with a little balcony overlooking a canal. The host Antonio was extremely helpful recommending places to visit, showing us how to get there and recommeding places to eat. The location is in a quieter neighbourhood ehich was great as the tourist locations are very busy so it was nice to be able to step back but still very easy to access all of the popular tourist sites and train station on foot. We will definitely go back and stay here again in the future. Thank you Antonio.

Very clean and strategically located structure. Historic house where you can relive the Venice of the past. Very kind and helpful owner, he prepared us a typical breakfast with pancakes. I highly recommend it!

Good amenities, quiet area, nice neighbourhood. Our host Antonio was very helpful. He gave us helpful tips for visits, and recommended some very nice restaurants. We were also very well situated with all you would want to see within walking distance.

Pillows were terrible. Flat piece of foam. Bed linens were inferior. A/C was not adequate. Lobby located on 2nd floor, being difficult for mobility challenged guests. On a positive note, the manager Antinio was excellent. Awaken by construction noise at 7am.

The owner, Antonio, is absolutely fantastic. He left nothing to chance, ensuring we found the hotel safely, when and how we arrived, and took the right boat or taxi from the airport. He sent pictures of the entrance, directions via Google Maps, etc. The room at the hotel was super clean, especially the bathroom and shower – a 1*. The room was very large, but we also had the suite. Highly recommended. We would come back in a heartbeat :-) Thank you, Antonio.

We booked this place last minute as we were on the train to Venice. The owner responded quickly and came back to the hotel late at night to give us the room. He was very nice and professional. He also upgraded us to the canal view room which was nice since it had the private bathroom and balcony with a small breakfast table. The bathroom was a very good size and also very clean. The owner recommended quite a few things to do in Venice and a couple restaurants as well. We didn’t have to leave Venice right away when we checked out, so he said we could leave the bags there for the time, which was very nice of him since he didn’t have to offer that. Would definitely stay again.
