I filed a complaint and was introduced to a receptionist who, when I threatened to file a complaint, chased me while I was going to collect my luggage. He chased me, yelling at me. When I told him about my disability and told him not to yell at me or he wouldn't take further action, he told me that since I have a disability, I can stay at home. Construction is underway on the stairs at the entrance, resulting in debris and dust for my entire stay. Absolutely to be avoided. I will file a complaint as soon as possible for the unsuitable premises and will also report the receptionist for discrimination against people with disabilities. The highest point of the bathroom ceiling that I will post in the photo was only 1.70 meters; the law requires a minimum height of 2.35 meters.
