Tenía reservadas 2 habitaciones para entrar el 25 de Junio (debido al covid, por precaución cogí la opción de mayor cancelación posible, que era hasta el día 21, no había opción de elegir cancelación hasta el último momento) y el día 24 Iberia me canceló el vuelo sin posibilidad de recolocarme. En cuanto me lo comunicaron, y viendo que era prácticamente imposible llegar a Venecia de otro modo (íbamos con 2 niños y una persona de avanzada edad) escribí al hotel para que si no nos devolvían el dinero, al menos me permitieran cambiar las fechas del viaje(entiendo que no era problema suyo, pero un cambio de fecha no les hacía perder dinero). Se negaron en rotundo. Tenedlo en cuenta a la hora de reservar, NO SON NADA COMPRENSIVOS CON LOS PROBLEMAS DEL CLIENTE.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte a Ca' Lucrezia, in posizione strategica rispetto al parcheggio dove abbiamo lasciato l'auto e facile punto di partenza per la visita a piedi e in vaporetto dell'intera città! Zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Camera semplice e accogliente e pulizia impeccabile! Personale molto gentile e disponibile a consigliarci su itinerari e ristoranti davvero ottimi. Da ripetere e consigliare!!!

Small hotel near the station, in a street in front of the Scalzi bridge. Large room, with two windows overlooking a small internal courtyard. Spacious bathroom with the necessary products. Kettle with tea, coffee and sugar. Wifi. Continental breakfast in a small room with an outdoor area, heated in winter. Coffee, milk and cappuccino from an automatic machine, pastries, toast, fruit and cold cuts, orange juice and fresh milk. Very kind managers, they allowed us to leave our luggage for a last tour of Venice before leaving. In a word, excellent hotel.
