This hotel has a reasonable price and free parking. The parking fee saved me a lot of money. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, it is still very clean! I will choose it next time I come to Venice for business.

The only plus is the location. Close and convenient to get to the airport. Nearby there is a tram stop to Venice. In a single room the ventilation blows directly onto the bed. Couldn't turn it off. The hotel is located right on a busy road. If the windows are not facing the courtyard it is noisy.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Direct bus to Venice just outside the hotel.
Lovely cafe nearby too.

Ok to stay for overnight and for visit to Venice. Good bus connection. Breakfast should be better with wholegrain bread and less cooked eggs. Service is very good
