The location is quite good, there are a lot of restaurants or shops you can go to. It takes you a 6min walk to the nearest ferry station. The breakfast is quite good, they serve pancakes, hams, scrambled egg from 7.00-10.00…
However, the hotel seems like one with a long history. The wood door, wood cabinets are cracking all the time and I think I saw mould on them.
My stay would be so much better if the hotel decide to repaint the wall and update the furnitures.

The hotel is located next to La Spezia train station and has an excellent location. There is no elevator in the hotel, so it is very difficult to carry a large suitcase upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, and it wasn't big enough for two people. The breakfast provided by the hotel had to go to the restaurant opposite the hotel.
