I can’t say enough good about this hotel very friendly staff and eager to please. Room clean and comfortable. I especially want to thank Elvisito. I am sure this is not correct spelling. I have mobility issues, and he walked me to the water taxi and helped with my luggage. Such a great young man. Hotel close to everything, and I particularly enjoyed the grocery store just around the corner. I was traveling solo and felt very comfortable with the location of hotel and the hotel itself.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was an hour on the local transport boat on the orange line and a 5 min walk to the hotel. Great location for exploring. Hotel is small, very clean rooms with excellent breakfast - the chef knew our tea and coffee requirements every morning 👍. The staff were super helpful with nothing too much trouble. This hotel is an excellent base for exploring Venice. Would definitely stay here again but maybe when it’s a little cooler 🥵

We can't speak more highly of our stay in this boutique hotel. It is quite new. It is quiet and a bit out of the way, but it is literally 8 minute walk to most places and 20 minutes at the most. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. In Australia we call this King size. The rooms block out at night to be dark and a good night sleep. The bathroom is spacious with a great shower. We were happy to write the review whilst still there as it had been such a pleasant experience. The breakfast area is lovely and , depending on the weather, you can sit in the courtyard. Teh staff are exceptional. From the moment of organizing our private water taxi late in the evening (approx $130E from the airport) . with our first visit and no clue where we were, they made it all a seamless time. We would definitely return to stay here. note: by accident set up a separate account - so if you see the same review - it was my error doubling up a review. This is my main account.

Amazing stay in the heart of Venice. Close to all the popular places and the staff was amazing. Lara gave us upgrade on our room which was new and no one stayed there since the renovation. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Travis was also great and very helpful. We had organised private water taxi to visit Murano and the gallery by Lara and she accompany us to the taxi as well. Great customer service. We will visit Venice again and definitely we will stay at the same hotel. Keep up the good work guys.

Great boutique hotel, clean rooms and excellent and courteous service. The staff are super helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is super convenient only ten minutes to Piazza San Marco bit away from the busy streets.
