The staff is very nice and friendly. They will take the initiative to solve any problems. I am very satisfied. It is quite convenient, supermarkets and attractions are very close!

A very beautiful hotel, Venetian style, wonderfully located next to a canal and one of the most central areas, next to the Rialto Palace.
Very clean, the only drawback is the breakfast, somewhat scarce and not very varied.

The location in the Cannaregio district of Venice is very good far less crowded with tourists. The hotel is charming - we had a comfortable room. The staff are wonderful - helpful and friendly. The managers were also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
